Our attention was honed in on assessing user experience, navigation, content arrangement, and the visual appeal of these sites. Through this analysis, we gained valuable insights into the norms of the industry and what users typically expect.

Surveys

We crafted a survey to tap into the thoughts of potential users. Our questionnaire covered topics like how they like to explore websites, how clear the content is to them, and what they're hoping to find. This survey was our direct line to gather user opinions, making sure our design resonates with what they like.

Affinity Diagram

We employed an Affinity diagram to effectively structure and harmonise the wide array of data we gathered. This technique played a pivotal role in the orderly arrangement and clustering of various data elements, including user feedback and content needs. By visually organising interconnected data into cohesive groupings, it provided insight into recurring patterns and uncover prevalent themes.

Customer Journey Map

To understand the user experience during the appointment scheduling process, a customer journey map was created. This map visualised the steps a user takes from discovering the website to successfully scheduling an appointment. This helped identify pain points, confusion, or areas of improvement in the booking process.
